Thanks for your update, I am sorry a tech was unable to resolve this for you, I have located your account and can see you have ordered a pod 

Keep us posted on this and if the range of wifi improves.

With your speed, I can see a lot of devices on one frequency that may be causing the slow speeds, so you have any devices connected via ethernet?

When you're experiencing poor speeds, go back into the hub's status data that you originally posted, and have a look at the Downstream table.  In the first table, are there any frequencies (second column) around 440000000 to 446000000 Hz?  And if there are, when you look at the second table (scroll down) for those same channel numbers (first column in both tables) are there still post-RS errors reported?
