The supplied internet connection has been unusable since day 1.
It never rises above 2mbps, and is often as low as 0.4mbps. Wifi and Ethernet connections.
Called the terrible customer support and get the 'well, we can't detect anything wrong' response and the moronic advice to reset it - who the hell goes to the bother of ringing up tech support without trying a reset first?!
Is there any way to get an engineer to callout? The VM website seems to suggest that there is a way of booking an appointment, but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere...
