Our WiFi download speed has been below 5mbps for a week now. We have tried every online solution and support has asked us to use this forum. We have tried a factory reset, moving the router and have watched every online help video. We were promised a minimum of 50mbps of speed when we signed up but this has not been reached in a week. Does anyone have any advice, as a group of students this is a major problem for us and we really need our WiFi back ASAP.
