Drop in speed and good connection

Hi,

Joined virgin media start of the year, been fine till march, currently on the m100 package, but stuggle to get a consistent good connection and of decent speed.

Checking Ookla speed test, ranges from 10mb/s to 110mb/s

Frustrating as struggling to connect my work laptop over the last 2 weeks and not getting any further forward.

Hi there's it a hub 3 you have? if so you could try a pinhole reset its located on the rear of the hub, it usually fixes a lot of issues with the wifi place a pen or a pin in the rest hole it will depress hold it for 30 seconds, this will reset any changes to wifi ID or passwords also if you have changed these. Hi Mike,

Tried a reset a couple days ago and it didn't help, I have a wired connection to my pc and both that and the wifi struggle.

Also downloaded the connect app to check if other devices were connected, but just my pc phone and work laptop
