Hi there's it a hub 3 you have? if so you could try a pinhole reset its located on the rear of the hub, it usually fixes a lot of issues with the wifi place a pen or a pin in the rest hole it will depress hold it for 30 seconds, this will reset any changes to wifi ID or passwords also if you have changed these.
