So i updated the drivers hasn't changed anything but how do i check what my network card is connected at, sorry i don't know how to do that. Using Win10.

Think i found it, in device manager under the setting speed & duplex it is set to 1 gbps full duplex.

it should be set to 1gbps that is the speed you want. But set it to auto and see what happens

I set it to auto still no change, running out of ideas but thank you for the suggestions.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset. This will remove any network adapters you have installed and the settings for them. After your PC restarts, any network adapters are reinstalled.

Did a complete fresh install of win10, checked the ipv4 setting still no change
