D/load speed

I changed to 1 gig from 130mbps since my bill was goin up to 48 an I was promised the speed would never go under 500meg. I can't even get that unless it's on my console an wired.i also had to use mobile data in my room till they sent out a pod for the room. I had an engineer out and they are now sending another. Even wired it can download slower than what my old connection did an they expect me to pay 62 a month. So I'd think carefully about getting the 1 gig connection coz you will never get near that

The latency can be a lot slower.sometimes it's just as quick as it was. Iv never saw the jitter before because iv always used the xbox to test speed an that tells you. Latency,packet loss ands the down ad upload speeds

Hi there @Iamgroot1

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your connection. I have taken a look and I cannot see any faults on our side that could be causing this.

Can you post your Hub status and logs? How to do this;
• Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode),
• Don't log in, click on 'router status'
• Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc

Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum
