The team visited and you weren't at home, so they have fitted an attenuator to the cable outside and this resolved the issue with your upstream power levels.
I have looked over the ones that you posted and on your account and everything seems to be in order and all the values are at the levels they should be at. Are you still having the same issues at the moment?
