How is it going at the moment and since you last posted?

 

I have looked into your account and cannot see anything that would be causing the issues that you've been experiencing.

 

I can also see on your account notes that you have spoken to the team about the issues, have they been able to help with the issue?

I'm still having issues during the day. As someone has mentioned it looks like the virgin network is congested. I talked to your India support team (when I eventually got through) but had little help except a very slight bill reduction (big deal). I'm coming to the conclusion I either live with it or try to find another supplier...

I've been having the same issues since March! None of the engineers that turn up know what's going on and blame VM network.  Been on to support many times and they just fob you off.  Last 2 engineers that were meant to turn up never did ( have cctv proof) yet said no one was home. its either live with it or leave.
