350mb keeps dropping to 90mb

good evening all, i think i have a couple of issues maybe one with my internet and one with my hub?, i currently have the 350mb package however most days when i try and game online on my pc my internet cuts off for a few seconds/minutes, then reconnects and im stuck at 90mb however only when hardwired, wifi still shows as 350mb!!, ive tried different ports on the hub as well as hardwiring the laptop into the hub along with several ethernet cables and all stays at 90mb, factory resetting the hub via pin hole tends to fix, i have phoned C/S in the past but they just make me hard reset the hub and tell me its ok but surly i shouldnt be having to do this daily??. can anyone offer some advice please. i will post my stats.

Downstream power levels are too high, the range should be somewhere betweeen -6 and +10.

You have far too many PostRS errors, these should ideally be zero.  Most likely noise ingress on the circuit.

VM will need to send a technician to fix those errors.   If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

Is your download dropping to 90Mb or perhaps 93-94Mb? Also is this a Hub3 or SH4?

I would expect the noise on the line to cause a problem with WiFi speeds too - it is not normal to have better WiFi over Ethernet.

yes it does hit 93-94mb as for the hub its a hub 3.0 on

Software version: 9.1.1912.304

 

as i stated i think i have 2 seperate issues, i think one is with the hub (dropping speeds to 90+mb)  but the laptop and phone on wifi still getting 350mb give or take yet pc or laptop hard wired only get the 90+mb on different ports on the hub as well as different ethernet leads

Does your laptop have a 1Gb port? a reboot may fix for a short term as the bug can be internal or external link speed drop to 100Mb
