Hub4 has been installed for 1Gig update replacing our 500 Meg service but since this morning our broadband is still at 500 Meg speed and our telephone still showing a status “disabled”.
i tried to call customer services with no help.
can someone please help ?
Your Hub is provisioned for the 1Gbs service.
What speeds do you get at >> Sam Knows Real Speed << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
Looks like your DOCSIS 3.1 power level is a little low.

Other than checking connections are tight nothing you can do.
An engineer visit is required.
As Mike suggested try https://samknows.com/realspeed/ to see what speed you are getting to the HUB.
We are also assuming you are testing on a wired device, not wireless?

Does your telephone go through the Hub4 or a wall socket?
