It is so frustrating. I may have found a way out. I recently had an email and because the price is being increased by £3.50 a month I can cancel without a penalty for early termination.
if I got a decent speed at not I wouldn’t be worried but I’m just getting passed around from person to person. Where I lived previously I had BT and never had an issue. This is a terrible service.

Totally agree and today I gave my 28 days notice as I can’t wait for them to fix the issue,, 2 years is enough. By far the worst company to try to speak to, hours on the phone, no reply to emails, social media etc, can’t wait to leave!
