The worring thing is they knew my full name.

We're sorry to inform you that your package could not be automatically renewed.  

The payment processor has detected that some of the billing details associated with your account has been expired or is missing.

You need to renew your package before it automatic disconnect. 

To avoid interruption of your package you need to Sign In Here Now and update your billing details. 

Once you have update your billing details ending with XXXX9204 Sort code deleted but fake - then the automatic disconnection will be removed.
