Foolish of me, this morning I tried to both call them and use the live chat to see if I could get answers. After long waits and being sent from person to person, I solved nothing. In the chat I was told that this was managed by the Marketing team and they had no way to reach out to them 😒.
Anyway, leaving this here in case a moderator is bothered enough to help us, as phone and live chat will not take us anywhere.
