Dear Virgin Team,

My team has been receiving phishing emails in the following format:

The sender is xxx@virginmedia.com and it shows my name in the inbox. Can you please block this account?

Subject: xxx (Assignment)
To: <xxx@gmail.com>

Issue is still not fixed. The account is still sending mails.

I am sorry for this, have you tried blocking their email while we investigate?

This is not an email I can block. That email is trying to impersonate me to others...

Can you please remove/block the account on the virgin systems.

Can you please try the following 

Forward the suspicious email to our dedicated mailbox: phishing@virginmedia.com. Mark the phishing email as spam from your email account. Finally, make sure you delete the email.
