The security password is the memorable word you set up when you first joined VM and should be in your original documentation.
It's generally something along the lines of mothers maiden name, place of birth, favourite pets name etc.
When calling don't input any password characters and the call should be picked up by an agent.
Agents should be able to ask further questions to verify you as the account holder, so have bills/contracts handy if you phone again.
They can also organise a password reminder to be sent through the post, or if you pass the additional security questions they should be able to change it for you.
