Hi,
I can see that a lot of members in the community have been receiving this email in error.
We have just received the email today and this is dating from the 22.05.22 and we have checked every device and cannot find any malware. Can you please confirm whether this is an error email too?
I can see that there's other discussions regarding this too.
Can you please clarify that this is an error? We've been threatened to have our services cut. This needs to be looked into as a matter of urgency.

Just spoken to Pooja in 2nd line technical department.
Confirmed No DOS against our services and checked with manager - letter sent in error. Can you please double check and confirm.

Apologies for the delay here - if you have spoken with our 2nd line tech department and they have confirmed that this is the case, then we wouldn't be able to confirm anything different. They would have looked into this the same way we would.
