Hi

Not so sure I'm in the right place but I have read that Virgin offer Digital backup.  If so, what does it back up, files, music, photos etc or the entire thing including operating system of a computer?  How much does it cost?

Where did you read that? Unfortunately it's not something that Virgin Media have offered for a while.

As @BenMcr has advised, we no longer have the option to back yup files etc 

We did a long tine ago but not any more
