Child safe not working

hi I’m trying to add a website to the restricted websites on child safety but it’s not working.

i keep getting the following message : “Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again”

I am also facing the same issue. Its been a quite long time I am waiting for the fix, and its absolutely shame that its not been fixed yet.

I was trying to add the child safe categories and from last week, and I am facing this issue.

Still no solution to this. If it was a fault with streaming media it would have been fixed within 24hrs. Have all the IT engineers gone on holiday?
