Hi everyone......I've just signed up for Vigin Media services.
The installers have so far contacted me 3 or 4 times via text message regarding the installation procedure and dates etc.......which is great......but
They are using my wifes mobile number and not mine......I suspect I have only given Virgin my wifes number ........I have looked all over the My Virgin Media pages and I cannot find anything to allow me to make any changes.....couldn't even find the Live Chat facility.......which is a little bit disconcerting tbh
So my question is.....how do I update my contact telephone numbers on my account.
Just signed up to Virgin. Having exactly the same issue (need to change contact number from wife's to mine for updates on installation etc). Can't get through on chat or telephone number. Automated Chat service suggests SMS, so did this with no reply. Very disappointing introduction to company.
