Hello, I moved home so I got a new virgin media plan, I turned off the parental controls on web safe but still I can't access to some websites like reddit, the national lottery or even some sites with adult content, I have just double checked that they were off but it doesn't seem to change anything

With Web Safe off are you able to visit http://nordvpn.com; by default Child Safe blocks access to VPN sites?

Thanks for coming back to me via private message.

I have manually updated things from this end now. If you reboot the hub, you should now be able to access the sites.
