Blueyonder email hacked

Hi first time post, my blueyonder email has been hacked, have reset the password etc resceived the secuirty email from virgin and joined this forum

still receiving mails about password changes for Ebay etc  and suspicious activity

Can someone offer assistance to create a new email account and close the hacked one

Happened to me a few weeks ago then E mails from E bay about purchases, keep your eye on E mails, I contacted E bay and told them it wasn’t me, been hacked. Good luck been trying to resolve my for weeks

Thanks for the information, spoke to Virgin on the phone they said they will monitor the account and as long as I have changed the password I "should" be ok, will keep close attention to my account

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your email, though I am glad our team have already been able to take a look into this.
