Been told I've been hacked

I received this email from my own email account it hacked my Instagram account and my Netflix and has tried on several occasions to take control of my Facebook account how do I stop this onslaught

Did you follow the advice here, My Virgin media email has been hacked | Virgin Media Help?

Consider migrating your email needs over to a service with better security, i.e. multifactor authentication, and then assign this email address to the online services under attack; also enabling multifactor authentication on those online service.
