Wind blew away outside connection box cover - its open wires now and think it’s contributing to intermittent problems with broadband - the phone options don’t seem to cover abs I just get sent links on testing my network. Can one be sent or engineer pop by and fix - its outside.

Please post a photo to allow VM to get the correct parts for fitting. Don't worry too much about the exposed cables as they are quite resiliant.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.
