hub 4

hi ever since installing the hub 4 I've had issues wifi dropping out I am having to constantly reboot hub sometime 2/3 times a day I have attempted to call hung up also tried via chat no success i am currently waiting almost an hour for a responce from the live chat .Any suggestions please?

What is your connection like using a direct connection with a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
