the connectors provided with my hub 5 are a male connector, but the one in the wall is also male, is there a solution to this

If this is a new installation contact the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and explain the situation.
If this is a Hub swap, typically the new Hub connects in place of the previous Hub using the existing cables.
