Only you can say whether it is good value for money 😎 - but there are some good deals for new customers ATM... so you could just go for it. You have a 14 days post-activation cooling-off period, in which you can just cancel it at no cost to yourself - so cant lose really - try it and see.

Dont cancel any current connections until VM is installed and activated - there are occasional "issues"

Yes it needs installation by Tech visits... one of which involves drilling through a wall, and fitting an internal wall box and then connecting/balancing the equipment.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi @samsarahanne

First of all thank you for reaching out to us and thanks for showing interest in wanting to join us!

You do have a 14 day cooling off period should you not be satisfied with your services.

In terms of whether it’s good value, it totally depends on what your needs are and what services you would like. For example we have lots of different broadband and the packages all at different prices.

If you like I can get an specialist agent to give you a call and run you through the finer details on the packages and pricing as they do sometimes have access to offers which aren’t always visible online.

Let me know if you would like me to arrange this.

Also we may be able to send you a QuickStart kit depending on when your property last had active services and if there is existing cabling there still.

Thanks,

Christy
