I spoke to Virgin over the phone on Friday and after a bit of back and forth the agent arranged to send out a Hub 5 to me at no cost. She called back and left a voicemail confirming that it was booked in and would be delivered on Wednesday (tomorrow). She said it was an all day delivery so couldn't give an accurate time.
Since then I haven't heard anything - and the 'Order Tracking' on My Virgin Media isn't showing any orders.
Is this normal ? - Shouldn't the order show online ? - This happened a few weeks ago and nothing turned up.
