Wrong wall socket

Today I received my virgin media wifi, but my wall socket was different and so I cannot plug it in. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

VM's technician came and found the correct plug already. The wall socket is not the one for VM. Many thanks.

The engineer used his signal detector to find the correct connecting point in my house, my problem was resolved. Thanks.
