Hey! I've just signed up for Virgin Media and my starter kit is coming on Tuesday 17th May - but the wrong address has come through on the confirmation email.
It's being delivered to 8 [REMOVED] , and it needs to come to 8A [REMOVED]. Could someone please tell me how to update this to make sure I get it?

You should contact the pre-installs team on 08000521734.
This team will be able to alter the address for you to make sure your delivery on the 17th May is delivered to 8A..
