Hi
The wires that are usually covered by the box on the outside of my house are exposed and look quite bad. Our signal/picture is sometimes effected when bad weather too.
Please can someone get in touch to get the wires replaced, fixed and recovered. Thanks.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I will wait for a response on here from VM as trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare and always had extremely rude experience
