Why do they hate their customers

Anyone else had a issues with moving home? 

We had virgin media at our old house and it is supposed to be set up in the new house.

It has taken VM 4 days and still no sign of the internet working.

Every time we speak to someone we get a completely different answer to that last person we spoke to. Why do they hate their customers so much?

Do you have a omnibox on the outside of your property, or is there no VM cabling at all?   If there is an outside box, you might be able to trace the cables to the inside, as some properties don't have a VM socket, just a trailing cable.

Can you please give us a bit more detail what the current situation is 

Have we installed you yet

Do you have any external cabling and internal cabling 

Happy to look into this for you
