Why are there 2 orders

I have just placed an order for the full package and notice that there are two orders. One for the installation which is happening in a few weeks and one for broadband which is scheduled each day and keeps changing.

Re: Why are there 2 orders

the changing one is for the cable to your premises - that is as you say a rolling date and can happen anytime up to the install date

as a point i would advise that cancelling your existing isp is never a good idea until the cable from the cabinet to your home is in place - its via underground ducts that can an do become damaged - if that happens it could push the install date by at least 6 weeks - thats the time it takes councils to grand permission if pavements or roads need digging up to clear blockages

Re: Why are there 2 orders

Hi Tony

Thanks for your response this makes sense now that I have read them both. I have given notice to my previous contract but can amend 2 days before the virgin install so will keep an eye - thanks 😊
