Hi first thing to do is go to the top right corner of this page click on check service status, or call 0800 561 0061 which is the service status number, in case there is an outage in your area. Regards Micky
Thanks. I usually run it in modem mode but I think something else must be wrong. I’ve disconnected my 3rd party router but couldn’t reset my hub back to router mode. customer service has done this for me now so it’s working again - albeit through the virgin router rather than my 3rd party. will resolve at the weekend when it’s less critical for me to be online.
