Hi all, I am having my virgin media kit delivered Monday for quick self installation

In worried I don't have correct socket can anybody help?

If that is what is on the inside wall & is directly fed from the outside box then the safety isolator has been removed by the previous occupant. You will need a manned install to use that outlet. Where does the cable from the other output of the outside splitter go (the black cable)?

I don't think it's directly into that wall, because upstairs in my bedroom I have a cable coming out from the ceiling which is an aerial cable which is linked to TV in bedroom and works for just watching Freeview tv

Answer about the black cables I think they go into this .

It won’t be that as it is BT multiple copper. The cable from the splitter is coaxial. It must end up somewhere.

That looks like a NTE5C socket which does not have a coax input.
