Walk socket WiFi

We received our Hub3 box in the post and when we went through the setting up process, we discovered that we do not have the required virgin media wall socket needed to set up the WiFi. We have tried ringing but it will not work, how do we get one of these sockets installed?

you'll need an engineer visit - this can be arranged either by calling in or by waiting around here for a couple of days for forum staff to respond.

Worth bearing in mind that sometimes it is just a cable -

Trace back from the outside box (usually brown) on the usually front of your property!

We would advise that if you're seeking to have a pre-installed connection converted from a Quick Start to a manned install, this would need to be completed by calling our pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734
