I am now waiting 94 days for a pull through and subsequent internal install.
VM and Kier been out 4 and 2 times respectively but they seem incapable of organising the need to dig at the side of my house. Not the pavement, my property!
same nonsense computer generated emails from complaints dept. The customer services team fail to realise that appointments are moved to the next day by default so they advise instal tomorrow and do not even check. My next date is 24 December which is again another computer generated move
Really bad experience so far from this humanless company. You cannot believe anything.
