Verifying on install set up

Verifying not working says to contact virgin. I have and they said someone will phone me in 2 hours it's been over 24hrs

Does anybody knkw how to do it?

If you mean that your equipment has not been activated onto your account - call the equipment activation number 0800 953 9500.

If you are struggling to get through, send details of your issue and include your account number to - 07533 051809 - responses can be slower though
