Unable to set up quickstart

Still unable to set up quick start. Hub is flashing green. Unable to get through to anybody human. 

Getting really frustrated. I've called and activated. But nothing works.

Hi, there is a good chance that there is no, or little signal coming for the outlet in your home. Do you have more than 1 outlet in your home you can try?

If you look in the external virgin box attached to the front or side of your house, you should see if there are multiple cables coming out of it. (dont worry, none of the cables in heer are dangerous)

As a temporary test, you could connect your quickstart lead directly to the input feed inside the external box, to test signal coming from the street cabinet.

Hey both. Unfortunately the box on the house looks pretty beaten up. 

I've tried both ports in the house. Nothing works
