UK Contact to finish setup - 4 weeks and still no Wi-Fi while working from home

We are completely losing the plot with Virgin and the contact centre.

Install was booked for 4 weeks ago, various appointments missed, endless calls and text chats (12+ hours) still can’t proceed to live service.

The work in road is complete and tested working as of 7th Nov.

The cabling in house is complete and assumed working as of 1st Nov.

We just need the boxes to connect.

Appointment booked for 11th and no one turned up.

Endless hold this morning to be cut off and text chat gets no where.

We are completely at a loss as to why no one can help us at Virgin.

It is the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

Has anyone found a UK call centre / complaints dep number?

Are there any admins on here that can offer any help?

we are at a total dead end but only need the boxes, how hard can this be?
