Tv won’t verify

Hi can someone help me please. I received my v6 tv box today and when I went to set it up it cam with cables that were already pre set up. Every cable has a place to go except for the blue broadband cable, as my hub has a different cable going into it. And I cant set up my box as everything that has came was from virgin media. And I haven’t received any splitters either with it. 

And when I go to set it up it doesn’t pass the final stage of verifying. I get error code (c119).

Did you already have a TV box?

The V6 won't verify if it's not plugged into the VM network.

The plastic bag containing the coaxial cable should also contain the splitter.
