Trying to take out Virgin Media Broadband

Hi all,

I have tried twice now to take out your M350 Broadband package, and despite being approved and receiving an order number, my engineer did not turn up yesterday (11/05/2020), and every time I call or try Web Chat / Message Us I just get told that I don't have an account so they can't help me. 

I was even e-mailed to send in Proof of Address documents last week, which I did, and had no reply from.

I really really want to join your services, but can't seem to get you to take my money!

That line is not accepting calls at the moment due to Covid-19.

Surely there is some other way I can get assistance?
