Troubles in hearing from Virgin Media agents for moving home
Hi. I plan to change home and the most stressful part is exactly Virgin media.
I have been waiting for their support (transferring agent) for a day! and one moment someone connected and asked how I am and then suddenly she disappeared and I got connected to the same BOT system. I am not really that well to sit days (left alone any normal person isn't) behind computer waiting for an agent ...
I feel really hopeless and sad ... Why cant you just ask me to fill a form and let things happen ?

Call it in on 150 (VM Phone) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone) Calling at 08.00 midweek (09.00 Sun) is the best time to get through quickly. Although some people are still reporting getting through fine at other times with no long waits
If you follow options 1,1,4,4 "thinking of leaving" they usually pick that up quickly
