Trouble with an auto message

Hi,

I don’t really know what to title this but I am having trouble with an automessage.  Does this message mean that I can get it earlier or can’t? I would call this number to confirm but I’m not sure if I’m allowed.

Sorry to hear of the confusion around the text you've received. I can see from your screenshot that this was for 14th November 2023. Has everything been completed and installed for you now or are you still having any issues?
