T3 time outs/partial service

Hi all

Had my M100 package installed on 02 Feb but the connection has been spotty since. the speed is great (112Mb Down and decent up) when it works, but I've had to use my mobile hotspot for Zoom/Teams calls as I just can't trust the connection. I've tried installing a dual band range extender as the router is through a couple of internal walls but the issue is not resolved. 

BQM is below- no loss of packets but a few ping spikes

Your BQM is good. Those spikes are common.  Your signal levels are fine too but there is far too much noise on the signal. 

Check that the coax connections are all tight,  because loose connections can let in noise.  Otherwise it looks like you need an engineer visit to find the source of the problem.

After checking your coax connections reboot your hub. If you still have Post RS Errors after 24 hours call VM for a tech visit.

Thanks both. I've checked the connections of the white cable coming out of the wall and into the router, both appear to be tight as I can make them. I will start the Engineer process.

Engineer came out this morning about 10AM and checked things over.  he was not sure what the problem was but has checked the connection into the property wall, and patched us into a different socket in the cabinet. will monitor over the next 48 hours.
