Stuck on setting up

Hello, I recently got my hub 3 delivered and had it set up same day on the 28th Feb, I’ve had access to internet since that day as I didn’t need a technician come out. But now on my app it’s still stuck saying ‘Come back here once your services have been installed.’ 
Question is, when will this change? As my services have been installed since the 28th and it won’t allow me to change any of my settings. 



It is a timing issue.

The VM Connect app requires the VM back end systems to catch up.

Try again every few days.

Connect to the Hub now via      the Hub's password is the numeric one on the bottom sticker.
