  • Has anyone found a smart plug that works with the hub 4?

Re: Smart plugs

Any smart plug should work with the hub 4, but for a lot of them you'll have to seperate the WiFi into 2.4G and 5G channels rather than having them combined. You can normally do this easily by simply giving them different names in the WiFi configuration section of the hub admin pages.

Re: Smart plugs

Hello

The access the setting/admin interface of the hub goto http://192.168.0.1 the password will be on the base of the hub, if it is a hub 3 the settings password will be all numbers.

Re: Smart plugs

This doesn't work. I have tried it with all smart plugs which worked fine with the hub 2. They are all now useless. Avoid the Hub 4

Re: Smart plugs

Or you can stop use the hub in router mode and use modem mode with a better wireless router with 1Gb ports.
