Ordered a new broadband M350 package last Tuesday which was due last Friday and haven't heard anything since!
Not been given an account number yet, only an order reference from Virgin.
Tried calling the call centres but haven't had any luck, but obviously appreciate that things are running much slower due to COVID-19.
Is there anyone that can please help as lockdown without internet connection really is very restricting for me and my family!
