In order to help, we will need a little more information from you. I've not been able to locate you using your forum credentials.
Can you confirm if you're an existing customer who has ordered a replacement router / upgrade or are you anew customer who has ordered services?
If the latter, you should have received a welcome pack which may show a new install date.
Once we send out equipment, you would usually receive a text or email with tracking details. As it's also been a few days - can you let us know if you've heard anymore since posting?
