I need to relocate my v6 box (and additional box)to a new room in our house which has just been extended. How do I go about getting a new internal wall connection in my new rooms from the external cable which is presently feeding into the original room?
You would need to contact the Faults team on 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults) butbest to call between 8am and 10am to avoid call queues, or late afternoon around tea time
When calling Faults you will get the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc.
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and arrange the tech visit.
Because it's a non fault callout there would be a £99 charge.
