I've posted about this twice now still with no joy getting it sorted.
We were mistakenly disconnected 10/04, phoned the same day to be reconnected, long story short we are now 12 days without connection after being informed 72 hours. We have tried to leave it as long as we can before trying to sort things again, to give virgin the benefit of the doubt, but after several phone calls we're still getting nowhere.
I have seen a post on here where someone who had been attempting reconnection for 3 weeks was sorted within hours, so at this point I'm hoping for a bit of a miracle tbh. I'm spending a lot of money upping phone data so I can work from home, and we really just need it sorting.
